This was my third trip to Haiti. Each time the experience is richer and deepens my faith! This year I was able to help with the water bucket filtration systems and VBS. We were also able to take walks through the community. This was probably my favorite part! I dearly loved getting to know the people of Yvon, Haiti. We went from home to home making repairs to water buckets that were distributed in February 2017. We also prayed with the owners of each home. Once again I went to Haiti praying that God would use me to bless the people of Haiti and once again he proved me wrong! The people of Haiti blessed me many times over! If you are reading this and have never been on a mission trip, please go! Stateside, Haiti, Honduras, Guatemala or wherever you feel called, go! God will not disappoint you! You will be blessed!
