For the past five years, Living the Adventure Ministries has teamed up with Joyful Noise Praise Band to host Nights of Prayer and Praise in Southeastern Illinois. These worship nights include community prayer, individual prayer, healing prayer, and singing. The Holy Spirit is present as we turn our eyes away from the rat race of life to spend 90-minutes in guided prayer and worship. There is no sermon or extended devotion time. Our hope is to invite people into powerful worship in the presence of God.
In 2025, we will be leading Nights of Prayer and Praise in three locations:
• January 12—Xenia Christ United Church (102 3rd Street, Xenia, IL)
• January 29—Carmi First United Methodist Church (100 South Church Street, Carmi, IL)
• February 2—House of Prayer (230 N. 5th Street, Albion, IL)
There is no cost for this event, though a Free-Will offering will be received.
