WOW!!!
What a beautiful night we experienced for the Celebration Banquet on Saturday, August 29. The Higher Ground venue provided a beautiful backdrop overlooking the hills of Southern Illinois while giving us the freedom to social distance. The nearly 70 people who attended spoke of the fabulous evening filled with fellowship, worship, and great food. We want to thank each person who attended and each person who helped with set-up, clean-up, and food preparation.
Brian and Tracy Orr’s worship leadership added a spark to the evening as our focus was centered on Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit at work in and through Living the Adventure Ministries. We celebrated the reports of healing, transformation, and renewal we have received in the past year. We also celebrated the Concerts of Prayer we featured earlier this year.
We are already working on plans for next year’s Celebration Banquet. We will publicize the date once it is confirmed. We are looking at the end of August 2021 at this time. Keep watching the future editions of the Adventure Journal for more details.
